    Browning Corporate Structure

    Browning is making a number of changes to its corporate structure in 2026. All of the following appointments became effective on January 1, 2026.
    Blake Mecham has been promoted to the position of vice president of sales and firearm products. Mecham will be assuming the responsibilities for company-wide sales and leading the firearms product team strategy and direction for future development and expansion. He has been with Browning for 17 years in various sales positions.

    Nate Chambers has been promoted to the position of national sales manager of Browning Firearms. His responsibilities will include Browning firearm sales along with managing co-op advertising and sales support functions. Chambers’ experience and strong customer relationships will further Browning’s firearms growth initiatives. He has been with Browning for nine years in various sales and product development positions.

    Matt Bangerter has been promoted to the position of national sales manager of Winchester Repeating Arms and Browning Outdoor Products. His diverse skillset will lend incredible value to the oversight of Winchester firearm sales and all outdoor product categories. Bangerter has held various positions in customer service, product management, and sales during his 12 years at Browning.
